6. Purchases, Payments, and Chargebacks

Once you have accumulated the required minimum balance of eligible (played-through) Sweepstakes Coins, you may navigate to the redemption portal to submit a request to redeem them for real-world prizes.

A. Redemption Minimums

The minimum redemption threshold varies depending on the chosen redemption method:

  • Digital Retail Gift Cards: The minimum redemption request is 50.00 eligible Sweepstakes Coins.
  • Direct Cash Prize (Bank Transfer): The minimum redemption request is 100.00 eligible Sweepstakes Coins.

B. State-Specific Limits and Maximums

9. Inactive and Dormant Accounts

If your account remains completely inactive (meaning no logins, no gameplay, no redemptions, and no purchases) for a continuous period of sixty (60) days, we reserve the right to classify the account as "Dormant." Upon classifying an account as Dormant, any accumulated, unredeemed Sweepstakes Coins in the account will automatically expire and be irrevocably forfeited. We will attempt to notify you via the email address on file prior to the expiration of your Sweepstakes Coins, but we are not legally obligated to do so.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, graphics, logos, game designs, user interfaces, audio clips, video clips, and underlying software code available on the Services are the exclusive property of Prudent Owl Limited, its corporate affiliates, or its software licensors. These assets are heavily protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE MAXIMUM CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) TO PURCHASE GOLD COINS IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. Indemnification

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

D. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration (such as intellectual property disputes), the dispute shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you explicitly consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the unilateral right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your explicit acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the changes.
