This is the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). To ensure the integrity of the sweepstakes and prevent automated, mass-produced entries, Participants MUST strictly adhere to the following precise, step-by-step instructions. Failure to comply with any of these formatting or mailing requirements will result in the immediate disqualification and voiding of the request.
Step 1: Obtain a Unique Postal Request Code

12. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
